Position Overview
Our partner is seeking a meticulous marketing professional based in Australia to lead digital advertising and investor relations marketing initiatives. This role offers remote work flexibility within a collaborative environment, focusing on executing campaigns across various digital channels while enhancing operational effectiveness through analytical insights and advanced marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, initiate, and oversee digital marketing campaigns spanning email, social media, display ads, and additional online channels.
- Create, schedule, and fine-tune email marketing efforts using automation tools, assuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Facilitate the timely distribution of advertising creatives, including landing pages, banners, and email materials to both internal teams and external marketing collaborators.
- Track campaign metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, open rates, ROI, and audience engagement, delivering actionable insights for enhancement.
- Produce detailed campaign reports, conduct performance trend analyses, and drive continuous improvement via testing and data-led strategies.
- Address issues related to campaign deployment, tracking, and reporting in partnership with technical and marketing stakeholders.
- Guarantee compliance of marketing content with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards prior to launch.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, approval workflows, marketing agreements, and communication records while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years experience in digital marketing, advertising operations, or email marketing roles.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields, though not compulsory.
- Practical expertise with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, CleverTap, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for developing emails and landing pages; knowledge of Webflow is advantageous.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, tagging systems, and Facebook Business Manager for ad performance monitoring.
- Foundational graphic design skills with applications like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Experience utilizing AI-driven productivity tools to streamline campaign building, content creation, reporting, testing, and workflows.
- Solid grasp of digital advertising KPIs including CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS; adeptness in A/B testing and optimizing campaign results.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management capabilities, with aptitude to manage competing deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborative spirit, detail-oriented approach, accountability, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
- Experience in investor relations marketing, financial services advertising, agency settings, or programmatic advertising platforms is a plus.
