Market Research Analyst (English)

About the Role

This position is a short-term contractor assignment lasting 16 weeks, focusing on evaluating AI chatbot responses within small business contexts. It offers remote work with compensation of $13 per hour and requires up to 40 hours weekly with a minimum 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic prompts simulating everyday scenarios encountered by small businesses.
• Engage with various AI chatbots and assess their replies.
• Analyze AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and practicality.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback and submit evaluation outcomes.
• Utilize diverse business documents such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and images during assessment.
• Execute assigned project tasks adhering strictly to evaluation guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Several years of firsthand involvement as a small business owner or in managing business operations.
• Thorough comprehension of daily business processes, customer relationship management, and financial planning.
• Access to business-related documents in English for evaluation purposes.
• Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking and excellent written communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools and following structured assessment instructions.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including at least 4 hours overlapping with PST.
