Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician passionate about repairing and assembling our products. The role is based onsite in Woodinville and involves comprehensive repair work on drones and related equipment. Key Responsibilities

Conduct diverse service and repair operations on Freefly products.
Rebuild, test, and dispatch Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and drones.
Identify issues, prioritize repairs, and provide transparent estimates to customers.

Mandatory Qualifications

Hands-on experience with drones, whether commercial or hobbyist.
Proficient in the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers.
Familiarity with power drivers and related assembly tools.
Experience collaborating on assembly lines or within assembly teams.
Understanding of bills of materials and work instructions.
Fluent reading, writing, and comprehension of English.
Ability to multitask, learn various functions, and maintain strong motivation.
Positive attitude with a willingness to work diligently.
Comfortable using Windows-based computers regularly.
Ability to pass a comprehensive skill assessment exam.

Preferred Skills

Part 107 drone pilot certification.
Capability to pilot drones manually.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 depending on experience.
