Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician passionate about repairing and assembling our products. The role is based onsite in Woodinville and involves comprehensive repair work on drones and related equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse service and repair operations on Freefly products.
• Rebuild, test, and dispatch Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and drones.
• Identify issues, prioritize repairs, and provide transparent estimates to customers.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with drones, whether commercial or hobbyist.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers.
• Familiarity with power drivers and related assembly tools.
• Experience collaborating on assembly lines or within assembly teams.
• Understanding of bills of materials and work instructions.
• Fluent reading, writing, and comprehension of English.
• Ability to multitask, learn various functions, and maintain strong motivation.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work diligently.
• Comfortable using Windows-based computers regularly.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive skill assessment exam.

Preferred Skills

• Part 107 drone pilot certification.
• Capability to pilot drones manually.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 depending on experience.
