Role Overview

As a member of our crew, your contributions are critical to ensuring that drivers and their Porsche cars perform at peak levels on and off the track. These roles demand passion for motorsport, cooperative teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance for Porsche vehicles encompassing diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs.
• Work alongside drivers, engineers, and teammates to enhance vehicle performance.
• Oversee transportation logistics and prepare equipment to guarantee timely event readiness.
• Adapt to fast-changing track and racing conditions while upholding high professional standards.

Candidate Profile

• Preferable prior experience with motorsport events such as track days or racing.
• Knowledge of Porsche cars and their specific performance needs is highly advantageous.
• Leadership qualities required for managerial positions including Team Manager, Crew Chief, and Car Chief.
• Mechanical aptitude with solid diagnostic and repair skills, particularly for Crew and Car Chief roles.
• A cooperative attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Availability to travel across various California race tracks and work during weekends.
