They are seeking Manufacturing Engineers to join their on-site teams in Donauwörth, Germany, directly contributing to Airbus cabin assembly and industrialization projects.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will optimize cabin assembly and manufacturing workflows across several plants, define production concepts, tools, and procedures, and translate engineering specifications into detailed production documentation. Providing support to production teams by resolving manufacturing, quality, design, and logistics challenges, the engineer will further document and analyze processes to foster continuous improvement and advise design teams on manufacturability aspects.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Possesses experience in manufacturing processes, industrialization, or production engineering.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing environments is preferred; prior Airbus experience is considered a strong asset.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and has knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level is required; German at C1 level is advantageous.
• Applicants must have EU citizenship.
