What you will do

- Create and improve training resources and datasets that help strengthen narrative flow and language quality in AI systems.
- Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers by sharing practical feedback that supports ongoing model training.
- Spot recurring issues and trends in generated content, then use those insights to help improve model quality and cut down errors.
- Research current writing approaches and content best practices to guide AI training decisions.

What we are looking for
- Background as a writer, author, editor, or similar professional, supported by a solid portfolio of published work.
- Strong command of written and spoken communication, along with a sharp eye for detail and language nuance.
- Comfort working with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
- Ability to assess, rewrite, and improve both shorter and longer pieces of content.
- Good organization, analysis, and time-management skills, especially in a remote work setting.
