Job description

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for a digital content managing editor who will work remotely in Canada. The role is designed for part-time availability, with weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40. Compensation is set at $49 to $61 per hour.

What you will do

  • Review AI-produced drafts and refine them so the final output is clear, accurate, and aligned with the required style standards.
  • Create and improve training resources and datasets that help strengthen narrative flow and language quality in AI systems.
  • Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers by sharing practical feedback that supports ongoing model training.
  • Spot recurring issues and trends in generated content, then use those insights to help improve model quality and cut down errors.
  • Research current writing approaches and content best practices to guide AI training decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a way that is useful to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • Background as a writer, author, editor, or similar professional, supported by a solid portfolio of published work.
  • Strong command of written and spoken communication, along with a sharp eye for detail and language nuance.
  • Comfort working with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
  • Ability to assess, rewrite, and improve both shorter and longer pieces of content.
  • Good organization, analysis, and time-management skills, especially in a remote work setting.

Application process

Applicants are expected to complete an easy-apply submission, watch for follow-up communication by email, and take part in resume review and interview steps.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
