About the Role
A prominent Pan-European infrastructure investment platform is expanding its Asset Management division with multiple senior positions, including Managing Director, Director, and Vice President levels. This role offers the chance to significantly influence value creation across a varied portfolio of infrastructure companies operating in numerous sectors and countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee asset management functions and serve on boards of various infrastructure investments.
- Collaborate with portfolio company leadership to formulate and implement strategies that drive value growth.
- Track financial, operational, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics, seeking ways to improve returns.
- Lead key projects such as acquisitions, refinancing efforts, operational enhancements, and preparing assets for eventual exit.
- Foster robust relationships with senior management, advisors, lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Engage closely with deal teams throughout the full investment cycle, from acquisition to divestment.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in asset management or investment roles related to infrastructure private equity or similar investment settings.
- Relevant operational management experience within European infrastructure firms, or background in transformation units of top-tier consultancy firms, will also be considered.
- Strong commercial insight and financial analysis skills, with a track record in managing complex infrastructure assets.
- Demonstrated capability to interact effectively with executive leadership and board members.
- Excellent skills in analytics, communication, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience across sectors like energy transition, transportation, social infrastructure, utilities, or environmental projects is a plus.
