Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Managing Director to guide and expand a fast-growing integrated agency services business. The company sits at the crossroads of content, communications, demand generation, community building, and insight-driven engagement.
The role is designed for a transformational leader who can unify established capabilities into a modern go-to-market offering that helps clients raise awareness, influence markets, connect with buyers, generate demand, and support growth.
The person in this position will function as a general manager, strategist, and growth leader, with responsibility for business performance, organizational development, service innovation, and long-term direction.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000, along with bonus and benefits.
Key areas of ownership
- Set the vision and growth plan for an integrated agency services business.
- Refresh market positioning, service design, product packaging, and commercial execution.
- Scale offerings across communications, content, strategy, executive visibility, demand generation, and audience engagement.
- Increase revenue through enterprise sales, client expansion, and new market opportunities.
- Manage and coach commercial, delivery, and client-facing teams.
- Design efficient operating models, processes, and performance benchmarks.
- Create new services and products using proprietary channels and market-access assets.
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients and own executive-level relationships.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings executive leadership experience in agency, communications, media, demand generation, marketing services, or B2B information businesses. They should have strong commercial ownership, including P&L responsibility and measurable growth results.
Experience in scaling service portfolios and leading transformation programs is important, as is a proven record of selling complex, high-value enterprise engagements. The role also calls for someone who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution.
Applicants should have a track record of building high-performing teams, establishing accountability, and demonstrating strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management.
Background in B2B media, information services, or integrated marketing environments is considered especially valuable.
