Job description
About the Role
Craniometrix seeks a first dedicated talent acquisition leader responsible for managing recruiting activities across all departments, including clinical roles like Care Navigators, commercial, engineering and data teams, and operations. You will collaborate directly with company founders to shape and scale the workforce, with compensation linked to successful hires. This is a comprehensive recruiter role involving sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and closing—beyond just coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for each open position, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, extending offers, and finalizing hires.
- Develop proactive candidate pipelines across diverse talent categories, from clinical caregivers to engineers and commercial executives.
- Collaborate with the founders to define role requirements, benchmark compensation, and prioritize hiring.
- Implement an efficient and swift hiring process, ensuring candidates experience the company's prompt and focused approach from initial contact.
- Enhance and promote Craniometrix’s employer brand to attract outstanding talent.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 8+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably within startup environments or recruitment agencies.
- Demonstrate proven success in closing candidates across multiple disciplines rather than a single specialization.
- Excel in fast-paced, autonomous settings, proactively driving recruitment actions without supervision.
- Exhibit keen discernment in evaluating candidates, distinguishing between strong interviews and successful hires.
Company Culture and Work Ethic
The team values output over mere input while acknowledging the need for sustained dedication. The environment is high-commitment but not performative; it involves working late hours occasionally due to engaging problem-solving, balanced with efforts to protect weekends and accommodate life’s demands through flexibility.
Compensation
Offers a competitive base salary supplemented with incentive pay tied directly to recruitment success and includes equity participation. Earnings increase proportionally with recruitment effectiveness.
