Manager, Workplace Culture & Engagement (UAE National)

Job purpose

This position is responsible for strengthening the bank’s employer brand and workplace image through internal and external communication initiatives. The role combines creative communication, employee engagement, and policy support, while drawing on an understanding of UAE market trends and workforce dynamics to help advance the bank’s broader strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a lead contributor for HR visual communication materials, taking responsibility for key messages and coordination with stakeholders.
• Plan, create, distribute, and maintain high-quality printed HR materials such as newsletters, brochures, presentations, and reports.
• Support the Director of Talent Development & People Operations in enhancing the employer branding approach and reinforcing a positive workplace reputation across the UAE market.
• Help improve employee listening, communication, engagement, and motivation to support stronger satisfaction and retention outcomes.
• Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee engagement events, ensuring a smooth process and a strong employee experience.
• Work closely with the Procurement team to improve the efficiency of procurement documentation and related processes.
• Contribute actively to internal ideation sessions and bring creative thinking into day-to-day work.
• Create and refine employer brand content and employee-facing communications, including internal messages, HR policies, posts, engagement materials in print and digital formats, and reports.
• Support the HR team in designing and executing people strategies that address employee needs, including attraction, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Additional information

The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is intended for a UAE National. It is a full-time onsite position.
