Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive implementation of talent management strategies that align with company business priorities.
• Collaborate with business and human resource leaders to pinpoint critical roles and devise enduring talent pipelines.
• Lead talent review processes and succession planning designed to recognize and cultivate high-potential individuals.
• Design and oversee leadership development programs based on Singtel's SCORE framework.
• Initiate and promote strategies to boost talent engagement, retention, and foster a sense of belonging.
• Facilitate career progression and mobility opportunities across the organisation.
• Support early career talent initiatives and enhance employer branding efforts.
• Utilize data analytics and artificial intelligence to produce talent insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to nurture an inclusive and high-performing organisational culture.
• Lead and participate in major talent management projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess relevant tertiary education and be accredited by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
• Prior experience in talent management, leadership development, or human resources strategy roles.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities coupled with strong execution skills.
• Proven confidence in partnering and influencing senior organizational stakeholders.
• Competent in using data-driven insights for actionable outcomes.
• Keen interest in artificial intelligence and innovative talent management practices.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to challenges.
• A passion for people development and fostering inclusive workplaces.
