This position sits in the Supply Category function within the Hotels business. It reports to the Senior Manager - Supply Category and is based in Gurgaon. The role is focused on unlocking supply growth through analytical thinking, strategic execution, and close collaboration with multiple teams.

Within the Domestic Hotel Supply setup, the Independent Hotels team manages a large network of more than 70,000 contracted hotels across India.
Role summary
The Supply Category team acts as a strategic and data-oriented engine for the business. This role will contribute to improving supply-side outcomes, identifying opportunities for scalable performance, and working across functions to support partner success and company growth. The position demands strong analytical ability, ownership, and the ability to turn data into action.
What you will do
- Drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to improve key supply metrics and strengthen the partner journey.
- Convert data into practical insights that help teams make better business decisions and execute more effectively.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports, using outputs published by the central analytics team, to monitor KRAs and KPIs for the supply category.
- Develop clear and compelling presentations for leadership reviews and business strategy discussions.
- Work closely with Category and Revenue teams to increase room nights and GMV.
- Spot opportunities to refine processes and make category expansion more efficient and scalable.
- Provide timely analytical support that keeps work aligned with broader business objectives.
Experience and qualifications
The role calls for an MBA from a reputed institute and 6 to 10 years of experience, ideally in strategy, growth, or category management. Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are important, along with the ability to build meaningful reports and present findings effectively. The ideal candidate communicates well, solves problems confidently, works comfortably across teams, and can juggle priorities in a high-speed environment.
