Job Overview

BSV is seeking a highly motivated Manager for Medical Projects and Operations based in Navi Mumbai. This full-time role in Medical Affairs involves overseeing strategic projects including clinical research, scientific publications, regulatory interactions, and cross-functional collaborations to advance BSV's medical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Medical Affairs projects—from initiation through completion—ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, trackers, and mitigation strategies for current and new projects.
  • Manage daily project activities including resource allocation, vendor coordination, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, proactively identify potential delays or risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedules.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal standard operating procedures, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing regular updates, dashboards, and detailed reports.
  • Support and coordinate Medical Affairs actions such as clinical and real-world studies, investigator-initiated studies, publications, advisory boards, and educational programs.
  • Handle project documentation including charters, budget management, contracts, and final reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote standardization in Medical Affairs project management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBBS degree from an accredited institution, or MD specialization in Pharmacology.
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Project Management, or within the pharmaceutical sector.

Skills and Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of Medical Affairs roles and pharmaceutical industry workflows.
  • Ability to efficiently juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint), and dashboard reporting tools.
  • Capable of both independent work and teamwork.
