Based at our Head Office in Lahore, this role demands an MBA in HR with 10 to 12 years of pertinent experience, particularly in senior HR leadership capacities exhibiting thorough knowledge of best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Manage benefits administration inclusive of payroll, salary frameworks, retirement plans, full and final settlements, group health insurance, and employee wellness programs.
• Advise senior management on HR policies, workforce strategizing, and talent development initiatives.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and career advancement schemes.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and audit standards.
• Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute training and professional growth programs.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner aiding key organizational initiatives.
