Manager - Fulfillment Center Operations (Guwahati)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the daily operations at our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Guwahati. This role involves overseeing efficient inventory control, order processing, and logistics functions to optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to quickly resolve operational challenges and enhance productivity.
• Analyze operational data to spot trends and identify opportunities for improving supply chain effectiveness.
• Ensure all processes adhere to corporate policies, standard procedures, and compliance regulations.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years of proven experience managing Fulfillment Center operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and overall supply chain processes.
• Strong leadership capabilities to direct and motivate a team efficiently.
• Competency with technology platforms used for inventory tracking and order management.
