Role Overview
Join a pioneering company specializing in AI-driven software engineering committed to driving smarter and faster business innovations. We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the payroll and payroll accounting functions across the EMEA and APAC regions from our Chennai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-country payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll operations within EMEA and APAC regions effectively.
- Handle payroll accounting tasks including accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Execute general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Lead the financial closing process related to payroll activities each period.
- Maintain and monitor payroll accruals and provisions for financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain governance standards.
- Manage relationships and coordination with payroll vendors to optimize service delivery.
Educational Qualification and Eligibility
Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree focusing on Accounting and Finance.
