Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-country payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll operations within EMEA and APAC regions effectively.
• Handle payroll accounting tasks including accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Execute general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Lead the financial closing process related to payroll activities each period.
• Maintain and monitor payroll accruals and provisions for financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain governance standards.
• Manage relationships and coordination with payroll vendors to optimize service delivery.

Educational Qualification and Eligibility

Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree focusing on Accounting and Finance.
