Job description
Role purpose
This position leads brand communications for adidas in Singapore. The role is responsible for strengthening the brand image through category-led concepts and delivering clear, effective messaging across the right channels to help drive sustainable market share and profitable growth.
The role requires hands-on ownership of integrated 360 marketing communication plans, with accountability for campaign execution that supports business objectives. It also involves balancing brand-level messaging with the needs of different channels, including Wholesale, Direct-to-Consumer, Franchise, and eCommerce.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement brand communication strategies and integrated marketing plans that advance campaign and brand goals.
- Act as the brand steward to make sure all output aligns with adidas brand standards and guidelines.
- Lead the planning and delivery of 360-degree communication activities, including influencer and sports marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all local executions remain consistent with global and SEAPAC marketing direction.
- Manage the Marketing Working Budget and convert it into cost-effective execution across relevant channels and tools.
- Oversee external creative, branding, advertising, and research partners to ensure professional, high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders across consumer, trade, and media networks.
- Stay closely connected with sports agencies, clubs, athletes, and influencers.
- Manage promotional stock at the country level.
- Support the oversight of current asset agreements, including product and servicing arrangements, and help ensure sports marketing partners receive timely equipment support.
- Track competitor activity and use findings to improve communication approaches.
- Review reports to generate insights that help refine strategy, processes, and campaign execution.
- Monitor shifts in industry, market, media, and digital trends so the brand continues to stay relevant and forward-looking.

- Strong interest in sports and sports culture
- Customer-first and consumer-led mindset
- Solid project planning, scheduling, and budget control capability
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Creative problem-solving with a structured and strategic execution style
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is an advantage
Experience and education
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required.
- A business-related background is considered an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience across brand, consumer, and trade marketing is expected.
- Previous exposure to sports-related work is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing and FMCG is beneficial.
