About the Role
Join our team to make a meaningful impact on people and the planet as a Management Systems Auditor based in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and South Birmingham. This role involves assessing client systems to help them achieve ISO certifications across varying industries, from small businesses to large global brands. The position combines home-based work with site visits and remote auditing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Examine client management systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Produce detailed and accurate assessment reports and effectively communicate findings along with corrective action recommendations.
- Offer insightful feedback reflecting strong commercial and operational awareness.
- Maintain professionalism and engagement throughout all auditing processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant experience or qualifications in construction and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency with quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems and auditing.
- Qualifications such as Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering, or Lead Auditor certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001, paired with at least two years of pertinent work experience.
- Strong time management, prioritization, communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
Additional experience in supplier chain audits, National Highway Sector Schemes, or clean/wastewater management is highly valued.
