Role Overview

Join Daimler Truck Consulting International as a Management Consultant, contributing to strategic and operational projects across multiple Daimler Truck divisions. Address intricate business issues while fostering sustainable growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting initiatives by analyzing challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to establish project goals, governance structures, milestones, and success criteria.
Drive operational efficiencies through identification and execution of process improvements using structured problem-solving methods.
Plan and oversee strategic projects ensuring goals are met within set timelines.
Employ data analysis and business research to back decisions and deliver findings effectively through reports and presentations.
Facilitate digital and organizational transformation by interpreting business needs into executable plans.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Management; MBA or equivalent master's degree is highly preferred.
Minimum four years in automotive, consulting, strategy, project management, process improvement, or business transformation roles.
Proven track record in client-focused projects and cross-functional teamwork internationally.
Additional certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt considered beneficial.
