Role Overview
Join Daimler Truck Consulting International as a Management Consultant, contributing to strategic and operational projects across multiple Daimler Truck divisions. Address intricate business issues while fostering sustainable growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic consulting initiatives by analyzing challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to establish project goals, governance structures, milestones, and success criteria.
- Drive operational efficiencies through identification and execution of process improvements using structured problem-solving methods.
- Plan and oversee strategic projects ensuring goals are met within set timelines.
- Employ data analysis and business research to back decisions and deliver findings effectively through reports and presentations.
- Facilitate digital and organizational transformation by interpreting business needs into executable plans.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical thinking, business case development, and impactful communication skills.
- Capability to handle complex situations, deliver results, and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to connect with varied internal parties.
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams and working across multiple time zones.
- Deep understanding of the automotive sector and global business environment.
- Awareness of industry trends and challenges to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Apps, and project management software.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Management; MBA or equivalent master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum four years in automotive, consulting, strategy, project management, process improvement, or business transformation roles.
- Proven track record in client-focused projects and cross-functional teamwork internationally.
- Additional certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt considered beneficial.
