About the Company and Role
Hardev Enterprises, operating under New Hope Lifecare, is actively seeking a confident and experienced male Anchor / On-Camera Video Presenter for their dedicated channel focused on alcohol and drug de-addiction awareness. The role involves presenting Hindi-language videos, reels, and interviews on topics including addiction recovery, family awareness, sober living, and social awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the consistent face of the channel, anchoring and presenting video content professionally in Hindi.
- Deliver scripts naturally while maintaining clear pronunciation, voice modulation, expressive body language, and suitable expressions.
- Handle sensitive topics with empathy and maturity.
- Conduct interviews and participate in indoor and outdoor shooting sessions.
- Follow directions from the director and provide retakes as needed.
Support Provided by Employer
- Content research, scripting, story writing, and topic ideation.
- Full production support including camera operation, direction, video editing, graphics, thumbnails, captions, and social media posting.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in anchoring, journalism, acting, modelling, public speaking, mass communication, or video presentation.
- Excellent verbal skills in Hindi, with Punjabi communication preferred.
- Functional basic English communication.
- Strong on-camera presence with clear voice and expressive presentation.
- Presentable appearance, punctuality, professionalism, and discipline.
- Comfortable appearing regularly on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Availability for full-time, long-term, onsite employment.
- Preference given to male Sikh candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary between ₹400,000 and ₹800,000, dependent on experience, communication skill, and camera performance.
