Job description
Role Overview
This full-time onsite role is based in Invercargill, Southland, New Zealand. It focuses on keeping a designated workstream running smoothly, coordinating with the team lead, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with required standards.
Roster
The position follows the first roster option, with shifts scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday and from Wednesday to Sunday depending on the week, with each shift running from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the flow of work within your assigned area and help keep operations moving without interruption.
- Work closely with the Team Leader and the wider team to improve efficiency and coordination.
- Make sure process steps are completed accurately and that all guidelines are followed consistently.
- Support stock routines, deliveries, and shelf-filling activity so that standards are met across the store.
- Lead and develop team members through on-the-job coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
- Promote a safe and healthy workplace and help resolve workflow or process issues by escalating them when needed.
- Maintain high presentation standards by ensuring products are filled correctly, packaging is shelf-friendly, and overstocks are managed well.
- Step into an acting store manager role on scheduled shifts where required and take part in team connection activities.
