Overview

Work Schedule
The role follows a fixed night roster covering shifts from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM across various days including Monday to Tuesday, Tuesday to Wednesday, Wednesday to Thursday, Thursday to Friday, and Sunday to Monday.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the flow of processes within an assigned workstream to ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with the Team Leader and support teams ('swarm') to maximize efficiency.
- Guarantee continuous and compliant completion of all operational processes.
- Lead operations and stock management by ensuring prompt and precise routine completion, directing teams to fill shelves, and managing deliveries to meet company standards.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and ensure a safe working environment for team members.
- Maintain store standards during evening shifts, emphasizing proper shelf stocking, packaging suitability, and control of overstocks.
- Identify and escalate any process-related concerns promptly to the Function Lead.
- Serve as Acting Store Manager on designated shifts and engage actively in team-building initiatives such as "Better Together" connections.
Candidate Profile
- You possess strong process management skills and a dedication to continuous improvement and learning.
- Demonstrate the capacity to build and sustain cooperative partnerships across functions and stakeholders.
- Exhibit effective leadership by delegating effectively, monitoring team progress, providing constructive feedback, and motivating members.
- Expertise in compliance standards within your area and proficient communication skills to convey tasks and expectations clearly.
- Commitment to behaviors aligned with company values.
- Availability to work at least four weekend night shifts per month and one evening shift weekly.
