Role overview
Woolworths Group is seeking approachable and customer-focused team members to support its store operations in Nedlands, Western Australia. This position is about creating a positive shopping experience through helpful service, efficient store presentation, and reliable day-to-day support across the store.
Shift roster: Monday to Sunday, 2:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
What the role involves
As a Team Member, you will represent the store on the shop floor and help keep daily operations running smoothly. The job combines customer service, shelf replenishment, online order picking, and maintaining a tidy, well-stocked shopping environment.
- Welcome customers warmly, acknowledge them, and thank them for choosing Woolworths.
- Follow store policies and safe work practices, including identifying and reporting hazards.
- Support shoppers by answering questions and helping them locate products.
- Keep shelves full, organised, and presentable so customers can shop quickly and easily.
- Pick items accurately for online orders so customers receive the products they need.
