Overview
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to provide meticulous, high-end travel coordination services for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and their guests. This role involves collaborating closely with senior luxury travel experts, wedding planners, venues, and international travel partners to manage complex travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries including accommodations, transfers, and curated experiences tied to wedding events.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate, well-timed, and suitable for group and event-specific needs.
- Work under guidance from senior luxury travel specialists to implement travel plans precisely.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, planners, and partners through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Provide discreet, culturally aware support to high-profile and international clientele with calmness and professionalism.
- Assist guests by answering travel inquiries, clarifying logistics, and updating itineraries as needed.
- Manage ongoing travel bookings actively during shifts, particularly weekends and holidays, to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts or issues related to arrivals, accommodations, and transfers; escalate complex concerns appropriately.
- Keep detailed records within CRM systems including bookings, guest information, and communications, ensuring documentation is client-ready and up to date.
- Coordinate internally on billing, confirmations, and operational tasks to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Liaise professionally with hotels, transfer services, and local partners to support approved travel plans, representing the company at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of prominent destinations for weddings and luxury travel worldwide to enhance service quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in luxury travel, concierge, travel coordination, hospitality operations, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to handle complex itineraries and group travel management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable with multiple communication platforms.
- Strong attention to detail in preparing and reviewing guest itineraries and documentation.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities independently and work under pressure including during weekends and holidays.
- Experience working with premium or high-expectation clients in client-facing environments.
- Desirable experience includes exposure to destination weddings, international clients, distributed teams, CRM systems, and hospitality or executive support backgrounds.
