About the Role
The House of Creed is looking for full-time and part-time Luxury Brand Ambassadors for its new boutique in Kildare Village, due to open in mid-August 2026. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about luxury retail, eager to contribute meaningfully, and motivated to help shape the brand’s future.
Role Purpose
In this position, you will represent the House of Creed and help maintain its premium image while delivering an outstanding client experience. You will be expected to communicate product knowledge with confidence, inspire customers through brand storytelling, support sales growth, and uphold the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong knowledge of the brand’s heritage, fragrances, and ingredients so you can confidently engage customers and support selling efforts.
- Consistently work toward and surpass sales targets by actively approaching customers and presenting product benefits in a compelling way.
- Provide attentive, high-quality service that creates memorable interactions and strengthens customer loyalty.
- Maintain a polished retail environment that reflects the luxury standards of the brand through excellent visual merchandising.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior background in luxury retail or another client-facing role.
- Genuine enthusiasm for premium brands and delivering elevated customer experiences.
