About the Role

We are looking for part-time Luxury Brand Ambassadors to join the opening team of our new Creed boutique on King Street in Manchester, scheduled to open in September 2026. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury, eager to make an impact, and excited to help shape the future of the business.

Role Purpose

In this position, you will represent the prestige of the House of Creed and help deliver an exceptional customer journey. Your focus will be to communicate product and brand knowledge, support sales growth, and uphold the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong knowledge of the brand, including the fragrance collection, ingredients, and heritage, so you can confidently engage customers and support sales.
  • Use proactive client interaction and compelling product storytelling to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences by delivering consistently excellent customer service.
  • Maintain luxury visual merchandising and ensure the retail space always reflects the brand’s premium image.

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or another customer-facing environment.
  • Enthusiasm for luxury brands and dedication to outstanding customer care.
  • A results-driven mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Interest in fragrance or beauty products would be an advantage.
