Role Overview

We are inviting applications for both full-time and part-time Luxury Brand Ambassadors for our new Creed Boutique launching in Canary Wharf in September 2026. We seek passionate individuals eager to contribute to the brand's future and who embody the essence of luxury.

Role Objectives and Responsibilities

Acquire extensive knowledge about our brand's products, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to engage customers effectively and boost sales.
Achieve and surpass sales goals by actively engaging customers and effectively communicating product benefits through compelling storytelling.
Provide outstanding customer service to create unforgettable shopping experiences and foster lasting brand loyalty.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards to ensure the retail environment reflects the brand's luxury identity.

Proven background in luxury retail or comparable customer-facing roles.
