Job Overview
We are looking for linguists and bilingual experts fluent in under-represented languages to assess machine translation outputs. This remote position allows you to support and improve language models for twelve low-resource languages by critically evaluating translations at various linguistic and cultural levels. The role offers flexible hours and asynchronous tasks with deadlines, enabling you to work from any location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess translation quality focusing on semantic accuracy, grammar, and cultural appropriateness.
- Identify and report idiomatic errors and inconsistencies related to dialect usage.
- Participate in the development of multilingual assessment criteria and rubrics.
Compensation and Work Details
