About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Produce regular reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Support the creation and upkeep of business intelligence reports and key performance indicators.
• Enable data-driven decisions by offering analytical insights and suggestions.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to tracking overall business performance.
• Carry out ad-hoc analyses for operational, financial, marketing, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting needs and business requirements.

• Document data sources, analytical methods, and reporting procedures thoroughly.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and reporting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data manipulation techniques.
• Preferred familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction.
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalents is beneficial.
• Basic skills in Python, R, or other analytics programming languages are an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset along with critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills to clearly present analytical results.
