Information Security

This function covers company-wide personal information protection governance, security certification readiness, privacy risk review, and ongoing compliance work.

• Build and improve the organization’s information and personal data protection management framework.
• Prepare for and respond to security certification audits such as ISMS-P and ISO 27001.
• Oversee security controls for personal information systems and assess related risks.
• Manage and review vendors handling personal data.
• Respond to compliance requirements under the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
• Carry out periodic security audits and deliver employee information-security training.

People Operations / Corporate Culture

This role supports payroll, benefits, labor administration, and internal culture and welfare initiatives.

• Handle salary, severance, and four major insurance administration.
• Manage year-end tax settlement and related tax processes.
• Design and operate employee culture and welfare programs based on satisfaction surveys and analysis.
• Run initiatives that improve work-life balance and employee benefits.
• Maintain internal welfare facilities such as lounge areas, cafeterias, and fitness spaces.
• Plan employee events and engagement activities that strengthen internal communication.
• Create internal campaigns that reinforce the company’s mission and vision.

Accounting

This role focuses on expense processing, documentation review, lease accounting, corporate card operations, intercompany settlement, and support for closing activities.

• Process site-level accounting expenses and review supporting documents.
• Manage lease contracts for investment property and the related accounting treatment.
• Operate and reconcile corporate cards.
• Handle intercompany settlement and monitoring.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, along with broader finance operations.

Electrical

This position is responsible for facility electrical operations, construction supervision, statutory appointment duties, and compliance inspections.

• Coordinate, supervise, and manage electrical facilities within the site.
• Oversee electrical construction work from estimation through execution and completion.
• Serve in the legally required electrical safety manager appointment role.
• Handle statutory and detailed inspections of power receiving and transformation equipment.

Construction / Architecture

This role covers on-site facility coordination, construction oversight, statutory appointment duties, and electrical project management related to the site’s infrastructure.

• Coordinate, supervise, and manage electrical-related facilities within the complex.
• Oversee electrical construction work from estimation through execution and completion.
• Serve in the legally required electrical safety manager appointment role.
• Handle statutory and detailed inspections of power receiving and transformation equipment.
