About the Role at Davis Chevrolet Airdrie

Davis Chevrolet Airdrie seeks a committed and meticulous Lot Attendant to become part of the Sales Department team. This position reports directly to Sales Managers and is essential in ensuring the vehicle inventory and lot remain organized, attractive, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect new vehicle deliveries for any damage and verify accessories against invoices.
  • Systematically park and arrange vehicles on the lot, keeping the area tidy and orderly.
  • Maintain the vehicles' appearance through cleaning tasks such as washing and snow/debris removal.
  • Manage storage of keys, manuals, and fobs with care.
  • Reposition vehicles post-sale to optimize available lot space.
  • Carry out routine lot maintenance including mowing, trash pickup, and snow shoveling.
  • Assist in vehicle pick-ups, dealer trades, and trips outside town when required.
  • Run errands such as registry paperwork and support various dealership-related tasks.
  • Provide additional assistance as needed to the Sales Department.

  • Possesses versatile skills, often described as a “jack-of-all-trades.”
  • Exhibits sharp attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Communicates effectively and provides exemplary customer service.
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Maintains a valid driver’s license and can successfully pass a criminal record check.

  • Hourly pay set at $18.
