Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean, detail, and prepare vehicles to ensure they meet showroom quality standards for resale.
- Maintain the vehicle lot in a clean, safe, and orderly manner to optimize operational efficiency.
- Transport vehicles carefully between Clutch pop-up locations and reconditioning partners using safe driving practices.
- Support team operations by assisting with vehicle inspections, shop duties, and upkeep of tidy work environments.
Candidate Expectations
- Exhibit a positive mindset along with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Demonstrate confidence and sociability with readiness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member open to pitch in when necessary.
- Possess at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent educational level.
- Hold a valid British Columbia driver’s license accompanied by a clean driving record.
- Be comfortable operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Have dependable transportation access to the New Westminster job site at 210 12th Street.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn a wage of $20 per hour.
