Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely. This role involves careful review and analysis of logistics documentation to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and assess logistics documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for validity and correctness.
• Create annotated sample documents to demonstrate logistics best practices.
• Analyze current supply chain procedures and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements.
• Offer in-depth feedback on logistics scenarios emphasizing document structure and process efficiency.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify requirements and communicate complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Assist in quality assurance by verifying the relevance and accuracy of supply chain datasets.
• Support development of training materials aligned with industry norms and complex supply chain issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum three years of practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, specifically handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory tracking.
• Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation standards, and international supply chain operations.
• Effective communication skills in English to explain technical ideas clearly.
• High attention to detail in reviewing and producing supply chain documents.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to identify and implement logistics process improvements.
• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar field is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
