Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely. This role involves careful review and analysis of logistics documentation to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess logistics documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for validity and correctness.
- Create annotated sample documents to demonstrate logistics best practices.
- Analyze current supply chain procedures and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Offer in-depth feedback on logistics scenarios emphasizing document structure and process efficiency.
- Work closely with project teams to clarify requirements and communicate complex logistics concepts clearly.
- Assist in quality assurance by verifying the relevance and accuracy of supply chain datasets.
- Support development of training materials aligned with industry norms and complex supply chain issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum three years of practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, specifically handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory tracking.
- Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation standards, and international supply chain operations.
- Effective communication skills in English to explain technical ideas clearly.
- High attention to detail in reviewing and producing supply chain documents.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to identify and implement logistics process improvements.
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar field is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
