Job Overview

This contract position requires a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist to work remotely, providing expertise on logistics documentation and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers to verify authenticity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
• Create annotated sample documents that illustrate best practices in supply chain and logistics management.
• Assess existing supply chain workflows and offer recommendations for improvements based on practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios, with emphasis on document frameworks and process efficiency.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify requirements and effectively communicate complex logistics principles.
• Participate in quality assurance activities by confirming the accuracy and relevance of supply chain datasets.
• Assist in developing training materials that reflect industry norms and address specific supply chain challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially involving packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory documentation.
• Deep knowledge of global supply chain operations, logistics workflows, and documentation standards.
• Strong command of English, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and producing supply chain documentation.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities with a history of identifying process enhancements in logistics environments.
• A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote team setting, delivering high-quality work punctually.
