Logistic Specialist

Position Summary

The Sales Department at Titan Albania is seeking a Logistic Specialist based at their plant location. This role is pivotal in managing seamless operational procedures throughout shifts and handling incoming material processing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with security teams to guarantee smooth operations of site access, vehicle parking, and dispatch activities.
• Work on shift patterns to ensure continuous 24/7 logistics support.
• Register drivers and oversee truck movements within the TSI system, tracking processes from entry through invoicing upon exit.
• Adjust delivery assignments as needed after trucks have entered the premises.
• Manage issuance and administration of RFID tags for drivers.
• Track cement inventory levels and promptly communicate any operational challenges to the Sales Administration.
• Maintain and update comprehensive records for trucks, drivers, and transporters within SAP and TSI software systems.
• Generate loading instructions for packed cement and handle sales, delivery documentation, and invoicing tasks.
• Ensure invoices are accurately fiscalized, utilizing S-Connect tools when necessary.
• Process purchase orders for incoming raw materials through TSI.
• Oversee the correct weighing, documentation, and net weight calculation of all inbound raw materials.
• Coordinate with Production and Sales Administration units to resolve any issues arising during raw material receipt.
• Fulfill additional assignments as directed by the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient experience with SAP software.
• Background in sales operations processes.
• Familiarity with TSI and LEON systems.
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Competent use of Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of S-Connect platform.
• Basic skills in printing and handling related documentation.
