Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Planner who excels at creating order out of complexity and possesses strong attention to detail. This role is ideal for an individual eager to influence operations within a rapidly expanding international enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

The Supply Planner will translate demand forecasts into practical supply strategies involving a network of manufacturing collaborators. Close coordination with Operations, Commercial, Quality, and external suppliers is required to balance capacity, manage stock levels, mitigate supply-related risks, and assist in onboarding new production partners. The role also contributes insights to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, utilizing data evaluation to guide key corporate decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, or related supply chain functions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with confidence in handling data, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP or planning software such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Superior communication skills and aptitude for building collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent precision and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or comparable regulated manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous.
