About the Role
We are seeking skilled Relationship Managers specializing in Home Loans to join a prominent financial services firm based in Delhi. The position focuses on driving sales of Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP) through multiple channels including the open market, DSA, and partner networks.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Home Loan and LAP products via direct field sales, channel partners, and referrals.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with customers, real estate developers, and agents.
- Source new leads through market engagement and local promotional activities.
- Manage the entire loan lifecycle from initial sourcing through to loan disbursement.
- Meet monthly sales objectives and consistently maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Maintain thorough documentation and deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
Candidate Profile
- Graduated from any discipline.
- Minimum one year of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or BFSI sales, with Home Loan or LAP sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Existing network connections with builders, real estate connectors, or DSAs is advantageous.
- Focused on targets with a proactive field sales approach.
Compensation
Competitive salary package up to ₹300,000 per annum plus incentive bonuses.
Location
Delhi-NCR region.
