Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily operations of the Gurugram branch.
• Develop business prospects by engaging with direct clients, DSAs, Chartered Accountants, builders, and various channel partners.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Establish and sustain partnerships with both government and private banks.
• Lead the team in sourcing, processing, and sanctioning loans effectively.
• Manage complex and high-value loan cases diligently.
• Recruit, train, and inspire branch employees to perform optimally.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and timely processing of loan files.
• Generate daily Management Information System (MIS) reports and communicate branch performance to senior management.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in banking, NBFC, DSA, or loan consultancy sectors.
• Strong expertise in Business Loans, Cash Credit (CC) Limits, Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, and MSME finance.
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Extensive banking network and effective team management skills.
• Goal-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
