Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team focused on Life Bancassurance. This position is based in Goa, covering both South and North regions. The ideal candidate will have the drive to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships within the bank channel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with bank customers through the bancassurance channel.
- Drive life insurance sales using leads provided by the bank.
- Develop and maintain relationships with bank staff and clientele.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Clearly communicate product details and benefits to customers.
- Follow up on potential leads to successfully close sales.
- Handle all documentation and ensure continual policy servicing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI sales or life insurance; fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, results-driven, and proactive approach towards sales.
- Age up to 40 years.
Compensation & Location
Annual compensation is approximately 4 LPA. The position is located in Goa (both South and North regions).
