Overview
A leading brokerage group in Kilkenny is looking for an experienced Life and Pension Administrator to join its financial planning support function. The position suits someone who enjoys client-facing service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by delivering reliable administrative support and strong customer care.
Role Summary
- Provide sales and administrative support to the Head of Financial Planning.
- Assist the Financial Planning team by responding quickly to queries and resolving issues in an efficient manner.
- Enter client proposals online and follow up with life assurance providers to make sure policies are placed into force.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of experience handling life, pension, and investment administration.
- QFA qualification, or active progress toward achieving it.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
