Overview

A leading brokerage group in Kilkenny is looking for an experienced Life and Pension Administrator to join its financial planning support function. The position suits someone who enjoys client-facing service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by delivering reliable administrative support and strong customer care.

Role Summary

Provide sales and administrative support to the Head of Financial Planning.
Assist the Financial Planning team by responding quickly to queries and resolving issues in an efficient manner.
Enter client proposals online and follow up with life assurance providers to make sure policies are placed into force.

Candidate Profile

At least 1 year of experience handling life, pension, and investment administration.
QFA qualification, or active progress toward achieving it.
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
