About the Role
Elevate is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to collaborate directly with a prominent technology sector client, aiming to enhance their Fortune 500 law department through strategic analysis and implementation. This position focuses on managing and administering eBilling solutions for US-based stakeholders, with potential for global team interaction. The role requires flexibility to support business needs, which may include occasional evening and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for managed services workstreams, leveraging strong expertise in TeamConnect.
- Assist throughout the matter management lifecycle.
- Conduct reviews of legal spend and eBilling processes.
Experience and Technical Skills
- Possess at least two years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate a strong history of success in customer support or service engagements.
- Previous experience as a business analyst, legal operations analyst, or in a comparable role within an organization is essential.
- Prior experience in a consulting capacity or as an in-house strategy analyst is beneficial.
- Required technical proficiency includes demonstrated experience utilizing and supporting TeamConnect.
- Familiarity with legal eBilling systems is necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint is expected.
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a pertinent industry is required.
Compensation
This remote position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually.
