Position Details

Leasing Executive

Location: Head Office – Sky Towers, Karachi
Subsidiary: Dolmen Real Estate Management

Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration and have between one and two years of underwriting experience primarily within the banking or insurance industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute lease contracts and associated documents to brand partners, ensuring proper tracking and confirmation of receipt.
• Draft clear approval notes and summarise contract details for internal decision-makers.
• Prepare contract review packets and necessary supporting documents to maintain an efficient approval process.
• Create executive summaries focusing on critical contract dates and required actions.
• Track the status of contracts through approval stages, proactively informing stakeholders upon completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries related to lease agreements and required documentation.
• Assist in developing polished presentations for management and brand partners concerning contract portfolios.

Creative Executive – Marketing

Location: Head Office – Sky Towers, Karachi
Subsidiary: Retail Avenue Private Limited

Qualifications and Experience: Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, or a similar discipline and have two to three years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to retail or advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and management of the content calendar across all digital channels.
• Design and produce high-quality product artwork and assets for e-commerce platforms, digital media, and internal communications.
• Create compelling digital marketing content, including promotional visuals and short video clips for campaigns.
• Plan and execute seasonal window displays, in-store branding, and localized adaptations of campaigns.
• Manage creative photoshoots for e-commerce, social media, retail locations, and mall branding projects.
• Collaborate closely with malls, local agencies, and marketing partners to synchronize promotional activities.
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure the production of high-standard point-of-purchase displays for stores and malls.
