Leasing and Secondary Sales Agent

About the Role

MTS Group is expanding its operations and looking to hire an experienced Secondary Sales and Leasing Agent to strengthen its secondary market team based in Dubai. This role requires familiarity with the Dubai real estate landscape and proven client management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage secondary sales and leasing transactions in Dubai.
• Maintain and handle property listings along with organizing viewings for potential clients.
• Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee team performance and contribute to operational success.

Requirements

• At least six months of recent experience in Dubai's secondary sales and leasing sector.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai communities, market trends, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
