Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in learning and development, education, HR, leadership, talent development, coaching, mentoring, or a similar field.
• A strong interest in learning, growth, and helping other people succeed.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive professional relationships.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
