Key Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships with people looking to grow personally and professionally
Speak with prospective learners and help them navigate available education and development options
Have purposeful discussions to understand goals, ambitions, and development needs
Explain learning resources, programs, events, and educational opportunities
Help individuals identify pathways that support growth, leadership, and long-term success
Keep in touch with prospective and current participants through regular follow-up
Join ongoing training, mentoring, and professional learning sessions
Use digital tools and communication platforms to engage with a global audience
Support activities that build awareness, engagement, and participation in learning initiatives
Continue building your own leadership, communication, and growth-focused skills

Requirements

At least 7 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, education, HR, leadership, talent development, coaching, mentoring, or a related field
Genuine interest in learning, personal growth, and helping others succeed
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily
Comfort working independently and taking initiative
Professional, mature, and accountable in approach
Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and processes
Interest in ongoing personal and professional development
Proactive mindset with openness to change and innovation
