Role overview

peopleworth is hiring a Learner Experience Manager / Student Success Manager to support learners across their professional education journey in a digital learning setting. The role is centred on keeping students engaged, supported, and progressing smoothly from onboarding through to course completion.

You will help create strong learner outcomes by communicating proactively, solving problems quickly, and working closely with internal teams, facilitators, mentors, and career coaches.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the main contact for learners from their initial onboarding until they finish the course.
  • Run individual and group support sessions across several time zones.
  • Help learners organise study plans and stay on track with their progress.
  • Spot engagement or learning issues early and work out practical ways to resolve them.
  • Keep communication prompt and clear through email, chat, and video meetings.
  • Partner with facilitators, mentors, and career coaches so learner goals are supported end to end.
  • Track learner performance and participation using reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Gather learner feedback, analyse patterns, and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Support alumni and help build an active community among past participants.

What we're looking for

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in student support, learner engagement, or customer success in education or training settings.
  • Proven ability to connect with learners and communicate well with different groups of people.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and administrative abilities with careful attention to detail.
  • Experience running online sessions or coaching learners is an advantage.
  • Comfort working with digital learning platforms and online education environments.
  • A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach, including handling sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong accountability and ownership for learner outcomes.
